Mango-Ginger CBD Green Tea

Serves 2

Ginger and green tea add anti-inflammatory components to this spicy, fragrant tea. For faster prep, swap powdered ginger for the ginger root; if you like it even spicier, adjust the ginger content to taste. We used high-quality matcha green tea bags, but any green tea works as well. Serve it hot, or let cool and serve over ice with mango cubes for garnish.

Mango Ginger Green Tea

What you need:

- 2 ½ cups water
- 4 quarter-inch slices fresh ginger root
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 scoop UnCanny Relief Blend

How to make:

  1. Combine ginger root and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add green tea bags. Steep for 2 minutes.
  2. Strain tea into a warmed teapot or mug, and discard ginger and tea bags.
  3. Add the UnCanny Relief blend to tea and stir to mix well. Serve hot, or let cool completely and serve over ice.
