RECIPE: Cherry-Vanilla CBD Smoothie

Cherry-Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Start your day with this calming smoothie, or sip it before bed for relaxation and better sleep. We added a vegan protein powder for increased protein and tryptophan, crucial for reducing stress, improving mood and promoting relaxation. Cherries are high in melatonin, a calming hormone that relieves anxiety, and hemp seeds add omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce stress and improve mood.

Cherry-Vanilla Protein Smoothie

What you need:

- 1 ½ cups milk, almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 1 scoop vanilla whey or vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop UnCanny Calm Blend
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh or frozen cherries for garnish (optional)
- Hemp seeds for garnish (optional)

How to make:

  1. In a blender, combine milk, cherries, protein powder, UnCanny Cherry Calm and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into two glasses, garnish with additional cherries and hemp seeds, if desired, and serve immediately.
